About Haley
Haley Hasho founded Exodus Capital in early 2022. Originally from Oyster Bay, New York, her career in real estate began at an off-market boutique firm in Manhattan after spending time at Citibank. She was then recruited by Marcus & Millichap and was the only female agent to join the #1 top producing brokerage team in New York City. Haley was awarded Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan “Rising Star of 2020," was the recipient of Commercial Observer’s “Top Young Sales Professionals of 2021," and 2022 Former Manhattan Borough President "Stanley M. Isaac’s Award," and a "Top 25 Female Nominee of 2023" for WomELLE's magazine. Her transactions have been featured in The New York Times, Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, The New York Real Estate Journal, and various other publications. Her team has executed on $90M of real estate from launch of her company.
Haley focuses on mid-market seller representation across the boroughs and is well versed in the city housing laws. Throughout her career she has personally sold over $250,000,000 of real estate. Most recently, she was responsible for the 348-unit estate sale of two-time Pulitzer Prize winning author of The Power Broker, Robert Caro. The portfolio consisted of 6 properties across the Upper East, Upper West, Bronx, Washington Heights and Queens for $85,600,000. Some of her other notable transactions include a same day contract sign + close of a corner mixed-use building on 81st + Amsterdam for $17,000,000 during the height of COVID.
She attended the University of Richmond, Stanford, and Oxford, where she was a public speaking coach and award-winning Mock Trial competitor, ultimately graduating with honors in Rhetoric + Law. She is actively involved in New York Young Republicans (NYYR), CHIP (Community Housing Improvement Program,) multiple Jewish organizations and is the founder of a Ladies Landlord Taste Testing Series.
Haley is a formerly trained classical ballerina and pianist, enjoys visits to her family in Charleston and a good game of chess.
