About Joey
Originally from Rockland County, Joey Mohsen is a dynamic entrepreneur with a proven track record of success across multiple industries. He began his career as a commercial plumbing laborer while still in high school before transitioning into the high-end custom jewelry retail space, where he generated over $10,000,000 in sales from 2020 to 2022. During this time, Joey also owned and operated American & Spanish fusion food trucks in the Bronx and Manhattan, ultimately selling the business for a six-figure profit in a short period.
Behind the scenes, Joey was actively involved in fixing and flipping properties, an experience that naturally led him into commercial real estate. With a passion for the industry from a young age, he joined Exodus Capital in 2022 as the company’s first hire. His entrepreneurial problem-solving skills quickly set him apart, and within just 18 months, he closed over $20,000,000 in sales across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Many of these deals were one-off specialty-use transactions, achieving exceptionally high prices for his clients. Some of his most notable transactions include 312 Atlantic Avenue to a Chinese food emporium developer, 1134 First Avenue to a Los Angeles clothing designer, and 425 Court Street to a laundromat operator.
Joey continues to scale his success at Exodus, surpassing $40,000,000 in total sales, with a primary focus on Brooklyn and Rockland County.
In addition to real estate, Joey actively runs a wholesale jewelry company since 2024, which has already achieved seven figures in sales. He has recently also expanded his real estate acquisitions business at the start of 2025 and is on pace to purchase 10 properties by year-end.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Joey has roots in Damascus, Syria, and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is fluent in Arabic and a passionate baseball fan.
