About Justin

Justin Conway co-founded Exodus Capital in early 2022. Originally from Philadelphia, his career in real estate began at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he was tasked with developing end-to-end real estate strategies for an international company. He worked directly under the Head of Global Real Estate, Dino Fusco, who is now Silverstein Properties Chief Operating Officer. Justin then pivoted into management consulting at Deloitte where he undertook a project of transforming a Fortune 500 operational call center based out of India. His career in multifamily investment sales formally began in the summer of 2019 at Besen Partners. 
 
Justin focuses on mid-market seller representation across the boroughs with a focus in Brooklyn. Throughout his career, he has sold over $230,000,000+ of commercial real estate. Most recently, he was responsible for the 100-unit sale of a 3-building portfolio on West 170th Street in Washington Heights for $13,225,000. Some of his other notable transactions include 214, 216, 218 Atlantic Avenue for $9,000,000, 70 Middagh Street for $4,500,000 and 408 West 46th Street for $3,750,000. He was awarded “2021’s One’s to Watch” by The New York Real Estate Journal and "2023's Top Real Estate Professionals to Follow" in U.S. Reporter. 
 
Justin attended Pennsylvania State University where he studied Finance and Management. He is a devoted member of the Water for Waslala program, which since its inception, has provided clean drinking water for over 3,400 Nicaraguans. He is also an active member in New York Real Estate Investors Association, Young Real Estate Professionals of New York and Rod Khleif’s Multifamily Mastery network. 
 
During his free time, Justin enjoys playing golf, traveling to his mother’s home country of Nicaragua, and cheering for all Philadelphia sports teams.
