What is your building worth in today’s market? This is when we underwrite and articulate the value of your asset and lay out a blueprint on how to maximize your proceeds.

How do you stimulate market activity? We exclusively engage the market with a constant contact approach. We pick up the phone and make direct calls to all the usual suspects, exchange buyers, and any neighboring assets. After initial market feedback, we take a data driven approach in which we leverage a market-wide process to uncover new equity sources.

Who’s in your network? With organic market crossover, this allows us to leverage existing relationships and widen our buyer pool through in-house and external brokers.
